Sailing from Poole to Brest was supposed to be a one night sail but the wind had other plans.
We were planning on a one night sail to Brest as this stretch was about 170+ nm.
After sailing for a whole day the wind died down and the current were strait towards us.
For hours we actually sailed backwards and that is not much fun.
We had to motor for quite a few hours to get away from the strong current.
At some point on day two Dag started to get seasick. He hung over the railing for a while and quickly transformed to luggage. This can happen to everyone, and when it does you feel like you just want to die.
After three days we arrived in the middle of the night in Camaret Sur Mer. We chose to stop here because sailing all the way into Brest is a bit longer and this seamed to be a nice place.
We moored up on the windbreaker as there was no available space in the marina.
